Welcome!

We are the San Joaquin Valley Chapter of The Wildlife Society! Our Chapter covers a nine-county area in California that includes areas of the San Joaquin Valley, Coastal Range, Sierra Nevada Range, and western Mojave Desert.

We welcome all wildlife professionals, students, supporters, and enthusiasts allowing our members to connect with others who share a passion for wildlife. We also offer opportunities for personal career growth through professional development workshops and conferences.

There are no restrictions on membership or to participate in our events and workshops (but members do get first access to early registration). Plus, you do not need to be a member of The Wildlife Society’s national organization or the Western Section to join our chapter.
